  • The area around Minamata Daini Elementary School is displayed as Sunewari on an old map showing the names of Asa as one of the units of lots in towns and villages. It seems to be named after the waterfront. Children are going toward the main gate. Some carry their satchels on their back and some don’t.
  • Minamata Daini Elementary School at present. The school buildings have been renovated, but the gatepost and the trees in the back remain.
